Job Description

  • Repairing and servicing Printers and Copiers in the Hunter Valley
  • Delivery and Installation of Printers and Copiers
  • IT Networking skills – ability to setup printing and scanning on Windows and Mac OS
  • Experience repairing Kyocera, Brother, HP and other major brands
  • Good communication skills, able to converse with all customers

Requirements

  • Min 3 years experience repairing Printers and Copiers
  • IT Networking skills – ability to setup printing and scanning on Windows and Mac OS
  • Strong self-motivated, willingness to go the extra mile to meet and exceed customers expectations
  • Good communication skills, able to converse with all customers
  • Complete online service training as required by the company in your own time
