• B&W pages above monthly quota of 2,000 pages will be charged at 1.5c (plus GST per page)
• Colour pages above monthly quota of 1000 pages will be charged at 8c (plus GST per page)

• Rental  Fee: $495.00 per month ($450.00 + $45.00 GST)

Plan 3: Rental Plan – Pay per Page

$165.00 per month – No Minimum Copies/Prints

• Rental  Fee: $165.00 per month ($150.00 + $15.00 GST)

• B&W pages: charged at 1.5 cents (plus GST) per page

• Colour pages: charged at 8 cents (plus GST) per page

• A3 Pages: (Colour or B&W) = 2 x A4 Pages

• All Toners and Maintenance included

• Minimum 3 Month Rental Period

Terms & Conditions

Newcastle Business Technology Group’s RENTAL FEES AND TERMS OF CONDITIONS FOR A3 COPIERS

1. All Equipment remains the sole property of Newcastle Business Technology Group (NBTG) at all times
2. NBTG requires a refundable Security Deposit of $550.00 GST inc. prior to the delivery of any Multifunction Colour Copier to the end user.
3. A fee of $275.00 GST inc. will also be charged for Delivery and Setup of any Multifunction Colour Copier (Up to 2 Hours and a Maximum of 3 x Windows based PC’s and 5 Stairs) .
4. A fee of $275.00 GST inc.  will also be charged upon Removal of any Multifunction Colour Copier and this fee will be invoiced and paid for from balance of the Security deposit
5. No Removal Fee will be charged for copiers that have been on site for over 12 months
6. Damage to copiers resulting from negligence, misuse or spills (e.g. coffee, coke, water etc.), vermin infestation will be repaired solely by NBTG or NBTG’s nominated service providers, and all costs will be charged to end user.
7. All Toner will be supplied by NBTG at No extra Cost* to the end user. No 3rd party supplied toner may be used in the Copier supplied. Any damage caused by 3^rd party supplied toner will be charged to end user.
8. *All Toner supplied is based on the Industry standard of 5% Coverage per A4 single sided page. Additional charges may apply for page coverage larger than 5%.
9. All repairs and maintenance are to be performed by NBTG or NBTG’s nominated service provider.
10. Optional staple sorter can be supplied for an additional $35.00  GST inc./month – with staples supplied by NBTG  
11. A $2.20 GST inc Fee is charged per month to Automatically Monitor Toner, Consumable and Meter readings.

At Newcastle Business Technology Group, we specialise in providing quality refurbished Ex-Lease A3  Konica Minolta and Develop Multifunction Devices at a fraction of the cost of a new equivalent machine. 

We are a team of career copier technicians and most of us have lived and breathed copiers for at least the last 30 years. But we are not copier salespeople. Our copiers sell themselves. We offer our copiers to you as either a outright purchase, a Operating Lease via one of our financier partners or via one of our No Contract/Rental Plans above. The choice is yours.

Once we have the machines back at our refurbish centre, we look at their job, jam and error history. This gives us a detailed view of any errors and issues that the machine may have had. With this information in hand, we then get to the job of refurbishing the machine. Replacing parts, cleaning, readjusting and realigning setting within the machine are all standard tasks in our reconditioning  process.

Next we load the latest firmware and then we make sure all general settings are returned to default, as if we were just unboxing a new machine. Finally we test all the functional features of the machine to make sure we are ready to release the machine to our showroom floor.
