The Gold Plan covers the following:

Yes for one small annual fee you can reach out to our experienced technicians whenever you would like Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST excluding Holidays without receiving a hourly bill.
As an example let’s say your product prices are increasing and you don’t recall how to change it, call us and we will guide you through it over the phone. Maybe you need add new items to your keyboard or screen, call us and we will walk you though it.
Everyone needs a little help every now and then and we can be here for you without breaking the bank. Our Gold Support Plan is only $198.00 inc GST per annum.
