Install Fee Hunter Valley A3 MFP/MFD


Installation of 1 x Colour or Mono A3 Multifunction Printer (MFP) in the Hunter Valley.

  • Setup to a Maximum of 3 x Windows PC’s or 3 x Mac OS Devices (Billed separately – Extra PC’s or Mac’s charged at $55.00 per device)
  • Setup of Multifunction Printer and take no longer than 2 hours and happen on one (1) single onsite visit. Otherwise additional charges apply (Additional labour over 2 hours is Billed separately at $66.00 per 1/2 hour)
  • Setup to Print via USB, Ethernet or Wifi (if available)
  • Setup of one form of scanning only – either Scan to USB, Scan to Twain, Scan to Folder/SMB, Scan to Email.
  • Setup of Scan to Email dependent on customer supplying all relevant scan to email IT information. Please note Scan to Email may require IT support from your IT supplier. Any fees for this IT support from your IT supplier are at the customers expense. Sometimes we are unable to setup a form of scanning due to network/IT and/or security that has been previously setup on the customers PC system. In these instances the customer will require their IT supplier to connect the relevant form of scanning at there own charge.
  • Customer must insure that all their PC’s/Mac’s are operational, network and internet connection is available on their PC’s and/or Mac’s on day of installation and the customer has all their relevant IT information available on hand including any usernames and passwords.
