Shipping Policy
We supply and ship all our products Australia Wide only. Please contact us for shipping rates if you want us to ship to WA, NT and Tas. We do not ship overseas.

All Consumable & Hardware freight charges are variable depending on area, type, weight and size of the product.

Our despatch warehouses are distributed throughout Australia which allows us to give the most time/cost effective shipping service to customers. All consumable orders are despatched ASAP. We use Australia Post eParcel and various couriers for all consumable items. As a general guide delivery to major cities and towns can arrive 1 or 3 business day (if ordered before 3 pm) whilst it could take up to 5 days for other areas.

Express Service. Call us on (02) 4930 5274 if you need urgent service. Additional cost may occur.

Delivery times are indicative only and We do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. Usually if delivery cannot be made, Australia Post and couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item, so make sure someone is available to sign. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

If any item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you (by e-mail or phone) in 24 hours and give you an estimated delivery date as well as the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Some printers will require a forklift or extra people to help unload if a forklift of extra helpers is unavailable then extra delivery cost might incur due to special delivery trucks or extra delivery staff might need to attend deliver
